1、Overview

Multi-turn valve electric actuator, commonly known as HCZ type. Suitable  for valves that open and close parts to make linear motion, such as  gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, gates, water gate valves,  etc. Used for valve opening, closing or adjustment. It is an indispensable drive for remote control, centralized control and automatic control of valves. They are full-featured, reliable performance, advanced control systems, small size, light weight, easy to use and maintain.
Widely used in electricity, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, paper, sewage treatment and other industries.
Multi-turn  electric actuators include: outdoor type, explosion-proof type,  integral type, integral adjustment type, flameproof integral type, and  flame proof integral adjustment type. According to the connection type, it is also divided into a torque type and a thrust type.
The  performance of this product complies with the requirements of  JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Type Valve Actuators". The flameproof performance complies with GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical  Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements",  GB 3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part  2: Flameproof Type "d"" and JB/T8529-1997 "flameproof valve electric device technical conditions" provisions. And  by the national explosion-proof electrical product quality supervision  and inspection testing center certification, obtained a full range of  explosion-proof certification. Approved  by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and  Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, it has obtained a national  industrial product production permit.

2、Model representation

Model Example:
1. HCZ30I-18/50W: It means that the electric actuator is multi-turn,  output torque is 300N·m (30kgf·m), power station type interface, output  rotation speed is 18r/min, maximum rotation number is 50, outdoor type.
2. HCZ45T-24/120BS: Said electric actuator is multi-turn, with manual  secondary deceleration device, output torque 450N · m (45kgf · m),  thrust type interface, output speed 24 r/min, maximum rotation number  120 , Flameproof type.
3. HCZ120-24/80T: It means that the electric actuator is multi-turn, the  output torque is 1200N·m (120kgf·m), the output speed is 24 r/min, the  maximum number of turns is 80 turns, and the overall adjustment type.

3、Working environment and main technical parameters

1. Power Supply: Conventional: Single-phase 220V, Three-phase 380V, Remote DC24V (50Hz)
    Special: single-phase 110V, three-phase 415V, 660V, (50Hz, 60 Hz)
2. working environment
2.1 Ambient temperature: -20~+60°C (special order -60~+80°C).
2.2 Relative humidity: 95% (at 25°C).
2.3 Outdoor type used in non-flammable/explosive and non-corrosive media;
2.4  Flameproof products include dI and dIIBT4. dI is applicable to  non-digging working face of coal mines; dIIBT4 is used in factories, and  is applicable to explosive gas mixtures with environment of IIA and IIB  T1~T4. (See GB3836.1 for details)
2.5 degree of protection: outdoor type and explosion-proof type is IP55, IP65, IP67.
3. Work system: 10 minutes for short (15-60 minutes for special orders).
